What is Hash?

Firstly, Hash, often called Hash, is a potent form of cannabis produced by collecting and compressing trichomes. The most powerful material is cannabis plants. Trichomes are the good growths on cannabis plants that have a sticky resin.

The resinous glands called trichomes that cover the surface of cannabis plants are extracted and processed into a concentrated form to create Hash, a cannabis extract. It comes in a brick or ball shape and is typically brown or dark green.

Since trichome removal is accomplished by physical manipulation and temperature changes rather than the use of solvents or chemicals, Hash is a solventless extract.

There are several varieties of Hash, and the methods for creating them have been used for centuries.

Hash vs Weed

Most of the time, when people refer to cannabis, weed, or marijuana, they’re talking about buds or flowers, not Hash.

The term “hash” describes the extract made from the resinous trichomes of the plant. There are several ways to extract Hash; we go over the various kinds below. Since the Hash is an extract, its THC content is usually far higher than that of the flower.

In pipes, bongs, joints, and other smoking devices, weed and flowers are smoked together. Hash can be dabbed or sprinkled on top of the flower.
